Zoe Karssen is a fine example of how a small label can go on to become an internationally successful fashion label.

Zoe Karssen is an Amsterdam fashion label founded by fashion duo Zoe and Quince Karssen and is currently one of the highest-selling brands for online high-fashion shop Net-a-porter. The items are much sought after by international celebrities including Beyoncé and Kate Moss. This kind of success is obviously not achieved overnight.

In 2010 Zoe had drawn something on her T-shirt; a stylist used her design in a photo-shoot and subsequently they started producing Tees on demand and in limited editions at More Color textile printing.

Mind whom you do business with. Dealing with the right people determines your success.

Quince Karssen - Zoe Karssen

Since the launch in 2010 by designer duo Zoe and Quince Karssen the label has gradually evolved into a complete ready-to-wear collection consisting of a wide range of T-shirts, sweatshirts, knitwear, bottoms, jackets and a high-end denim line.

What distinguishes them are their strong graphics and edgy slogans, often with a link to pop/rock culture, making them not only much sought after in the fashion scene but also by various celebrities. Combined with high-quality, high-end basics they hold a strong niche.

From their Amsterdam head quarters Zoe Karssen launch four collections a year, that are sold at zoekarssen.com and a selection of the top points of sale across the globe, such as Revolve, Shopbop, Merci (Paris) and many more. Despite this large reach the Karssens want to keep the company small and personal, create everything in-house, supported by a tight-knit team. All shoots are photographed by Zoe Karssen themselves.

Zoe Karssen is currently sold in 38 countries and has approximately 750 points of sale worldwide. As Zoe Karssen’s collections become increasingly progressive, this passion for innovation also applies to the brand’s communication and creative projects.

These days Zoe Karssen have most of their items custom produced abroad through their own channels. But for rush jobs and collabs they still come to us.
